Milestone Marketing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter / HR Assistant to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in launching a career in human resources and talent acquisition within a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for sales and marketing roles
- Conduct phone interviews and track candidate progress
- Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding and orientation
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support HR team with administrative tasks and process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills- Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with candidates
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
